Through decades of relationships and innovative construction strategies, LHC experiences savings up to 30% on construction and labor costs versus their closest competitors. Upon completion of construction, LHC management experts work diligently to drive the property to a minimum of 80% occupancy over a period of several months prior to acquiring a loan equal to 75% of the property value. LHC is able to consistently achieve cap rates between 12-15%, enjoying even greater cash-on-cash returns.
